**Position: Customer Service and Trade Counter Associate**

**Experience**: Experience in the electrical industry is preferred, but not required. We value enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Trade Counter Excellence**: Be the face of RS Electrical Supplies as you assist our valued trade customers at the counter with a smile. Your knowledge or eagerness to learn about our products will make you a crucial part of their daily operations.
- **Efficient Order Fulfillment**: Ensure the seamless process from quote to order fulfillment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- **Professional Customer Handling**: Answering customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and expertise. Your friendly and helpful demeanor will be the voice of RS Electrical Supplies, ensuring top-notch service.
- **Stock Management**: Work closely with the team to maintain optimal stock levels. Your awareness of inventory needs will contribute to a well-functioning and efficient warehouse.
- **Order Picking for Delivery**: Contribute to the timely delivery of orders by accurately picking and packing products. Your precision ensures that our customers receive their goods in top condition and on time.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cradley Heath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
