**Your responsibilities**

We have a rare opportunity for a passionate customer focused Contract Support to join our small, close knit team at our Portersfield Road site. You will be a key member of the team ensuring our customers have an amazing experience with us by answering queries, inputting orders to our system, managing materials and processes through the business via the SAP system. You will be producing and analysing stock reports as well as liaising with our customers and suppliers.

This is the perfect role for a skilled administrator with customer service experience in the metals sector to grow their career within fabrication sales and operations.

**Shift pattern**:
37 hours per week - Mon-Thu 8am-4:30pm and Fridays at 8am
- 2pm

**Your main duties will include**:

- Provide customers with information on stock
- Raise day to day orders and follow through to delivery
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure contract deliverables are met
- Archiving and document control
- Identify opportunities for growth/new business
- Processing dispatch notes and invoices
- Booking in stock and stock interrogation

**Your profile**

Essential experience, skills and knowledge:

- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated
- High attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable and a passion to learn

**Desirable experience, skills and knowledge**:

- Experience of SAP
- Account management experience
- Knowledge of POs and invoices
- Experience of working in the metals and materials industries
- Raw materials / metal’s knowledge - aluminium knowledge would be highly advantageous

Pay: £24,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
