Aspen Concepts Ltd are Nationwide Interior Fit Out Specialists. We have clients within Retail, Hospitality, Education, and Health Care.
Due to the growth of the company, we are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to work within our Production Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support for multiple departments.
- File documents in an organised fashion.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases on a variety of different systems.
- Process and raising orders
- Answer incoming telephone calls and resolve customer queries.
The hours are based on a 39 hour week, Monday to Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
