This is an exciting role to join a TK Elevator as a **Service Coordinator**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure site works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements
- Ensure all service reports are accurate and meet company standards
- Provide a positive customer experience with estimated timescales and status reporting
- Maintain service management systems as appropriate ensuring that orders are in the correct status, notes are up to date
- Actively demonstrate support for other departments within the company to ensure that a team spirit is observed
- Managing daily work schedules
- Collating paperwork from engineers
- Providing regular updates to meet customer and business requirement

**Who you are and what we are looking for?**
- A proficient user in Microsoft Office
- You will be excellent communicator
- You will have high attention to detail both numerically and written
- You will be able to meet deadlines
- You will have good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-Motivated, able to use own initiative to organise and priorities skills
- Must be detailed
- oriented and be extremely accurate methodical
- The ability to multitask
- You will be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Ideally you would have worked in the engineering, or manufacturing environment
- You will have a positive, pro-active working style
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
