Conveyancing Administrative Assistant

A leading law firm in the Haywards Heath region is looking for a skilled Conveyancing Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with Fee Earners, providing essential administrative support and delivering high-quality secretarial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including property details and transaction history.
- Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of legal documents, including contracts and completion statements, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Respond promptly to incoming communications, resolving queries and escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless team operations, including meeting scheduling and diary management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SDLT returns and title registrations.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant, with strong property knowledge.
- Excellent administrative and secretarial skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
