About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrumentation Craftworker to join our Operational Support team at our Dalry facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and repairing critical equipment within our production environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks on electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Thoroughly understand the scope of work and associated safety protocols for assigned projects.
  • Adhere to DSM's stringent SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) requirements throughout all operations.
  • Document completed work accurately and initiate handover procedures to production personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of job history and time spent on tasks.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience as a time-served Control (Instrument/Electrical) Craftworker or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a chemical processing environment.
  • A strong track record of technical proficiency in your field, including fault finding and manual skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
