We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at DSM in Dalry, UK. As a key member of our Operational Support Department, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, understanding the scope and safety issues related to allocated work, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with DSM's SHEQ requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out maintenance tasks and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with DSM's SHEQ requirements.
  • Understanding the scope and safety issues related to allocated work.
  • Signing off the RAPTW and initiating a handover of the equipment to production.
  • Recording relevant job history and entering accurate time recording for the job.

You Bring:

  • Ability to be or working towards being a time served Control (Instrument/Electrical) Craftsworker.
  • HNC or equivalent through knowledge and experience and at least 2 years experience in a chemical processing environment.
  • Have a proven track record of technical competence in their own area of discipline with fault finding and manual skills.
  • Other essential behaviours are good communication, flexible approach, self-starter and team player.
