Job Title: Electrical Instrumentation Specialist

Department: Operational Support

Work Mode: Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at DSM in Dalry, UK. As a key member of our Operational Support Department, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, understanding safety issues, and ensuring compliance with DSM's SHEQ requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance tasks and understand safety issues related to allocated work
  • Carry out defined work in accordance with DSM's SHEQ requirements
  • Sign off the RAPTW and initiate a handover of equipment to production
  • Record relevant job history and enter accurate time recording for the job

You Bring:

  • Ability to be or working towards being a time served Control (Instrument/Electrical) Craftsman
  • HNC or equivalent through knowledge and experience, and at least 2 years experience in a chemical processing environment
  • Proven track record of technical competence in their own area of discipline with fault finding and manual skills
  • Good communication, flexible approach, self-starter, and team player
