We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technical Supervisor to join our team at DSM-Firmenich in Dalry, UK. As a key member of our Operational Support Department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our craftworker and production teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to craftworkers and production teams on complex equipment and systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with planners to prepare work packages and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Coach and train craftworkers and production teams on critical and complex equipment.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to ensure compliance with site standards.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC in a relevant subject (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or technical supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
