Job Title: Maintenance Technical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technical Supervisor to join our team at DSM-Firmenich's Dalry site. As a key member of our Operational Support Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and leadership to our craftworker and production teams.
  • Offer specialist support on complex equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with planners to prepare work packages.
  • Coach and train craftworker and production teams on critical and complex equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to site schedules.
  • Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Follow our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policy and SHEQ requirements.
  • Monitor maintenance performance against standards and implement improvements.

You Bring:

  • A minimum of an HNC in a relevant subject and a willingness to work towards a degree level.
  • Demonstrated people management skills and previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
  • Effective leadership, good communication, and the ability to effect change.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
