Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to join our team at an excellent school in Chorley. As a SEN learning support assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in small groups and one-to-one settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead groups of children on learning activities
• Manage behavior effectively
• Prepare resources and establish learning areas

Position Details:
• Location: Chorley area
• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Hours: 8:20am-3:20pm
• Type of Work: Temporary position
• Estimated Salary: £90 per day (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting children in a school setting is essential
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired
• Up-to-date safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
