We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Relationship Manager to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd in the Poole area. This role comes with a competitive salary of around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients and insurers, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Account Executives to manage client accounts, including renewal negotiations and re-brokering activities
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, promoting trust and loyalty
  3. Utilize a diary system to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding documents, premium payments, and continuation cover
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a commercial account management or insurance broking role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
