The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Principal GNSS Scientist who is passionate about technology and shares our company's goals. You will join our GNSS team and play a key role in researching and developing our Supercorrelation technology. The position offers significant opportunities for professional growth across research, product, and software engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the development team, actively contributing to the software lifecycle.
  • You will take technical ownership of new research and development ideas.
  • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of Supercorrelation software and testing tools.
  • You will generate clear technical results and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will propose, lead, and participate in RD initiatives aimed at enhancing our existing products and inspiring the next generation of groundbreaking technologies.
  • You will contribute to team planning.
  • You will provide technical mentorship to junior engineers within the company.

Your Experience:

  • You have relevant academic or industrial experience.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of GNSS measurement engine signal processing.
  • You have strong analysis skills in Matlab or similar.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of the full GNSS signal-processing chain.
  • You are familiar with Source Control (e.g., git).
  • You have expertise in Synthetic aperture processing.
  • You have experience with GNSS simulators.
  • You are skilled in Agile development.
  • You have product development experience (requirements capture, test definition).
  • You have knowledge of Kalman filters and other probabilistic estimation techniques.
  • You are experienced in Multi-sensor fusion techniques, including tight and deep coupling for GNSS-INS.
  • You have experience with RTK and/or PPP and/or multi-constellation positioning.
  • You have expertise in Multipath mitigation methods.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for career growth.
