We're seeking a talented Service Planner to join our UK-based team. As a global leader in the industry, Hiab offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally and take on diverse challenges.

This role involves providing administrative support to the CSC activities of the Service department, liaising with customers to deliver exceptional customer service, and adapting to a demanding commercial environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, service calls, and timesheets for Field Service Engineers
  • Liaising with Depots, ASCs, and Central Service team regarding on-call or service contracts
  • Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing
  • Raising quotes, estimates, and invoices for chargeable work
  • Assisting in managing profitability and costs for depot operations
  • Providing technical support where possible

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • GCSE level education
  • Demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic environment

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
