Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is a multi-award-winning Ad-Tech company providing innovative solutions using audience targeted data and footfall measurements to enhance campaigns for their clients.
As the Senior Sales Director UK, you will be responsible for driving current business, selling directly to major agencies and DSP trading desks, and managing the London team. We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 8+ years ad-tech agency sales experience, who has successfully managed high-performing teams and sold programmatic solutions.
The Role
- Selling directly to digital teams, social teams, OOH teams, trading desks, and DSP's
- Closing both IO and self-serve deals
- Working with established client base; Omnicom, IPG, Group M
- Leading the London team
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years ad-tech agency sales experience
- Experience selling programmatic solutions
- Experience managing high-performing teams
