Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our sales hub, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across multiple sites and house ranges.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales hub, ensuring seamless customer journeys
  • Take ownership of the sales process, building relationships with customers and maintaining accurate records throughout the sales progress
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the housing industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
