Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our sales hub, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across multiple sites and house ranges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales hub, ensuring seamless customer journeys
- Take ownership of the sales process, building relationships with customers and maintaining accurate records throughout the sales progress
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience in the housing industry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
