Psychologist - adults (Permanent)

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at RGH-Global Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Psychologist to work with adults, providing comprehensive assessments and expert recommendations.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in conducting diagnostic assessments, writing reports, and working with clients across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing individuals with suspected autism and/or ADHD, as well as mental health conditions. They will also write up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner, providing appropriate recommendations and interventions.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, the Child Development Specialist will also supervise and support junior staff members depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive specialist assessments for individuals with suspected autism and/or ADHD
  • Assess mental health conditions and provide expert recommendations
  • Write up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and support junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist developmental assessments
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and assessment tools for autism and ADHD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £55,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience
