SEMH Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEMH Support Specialist to join our team in Leeds.
As a SEMH Support Specialist, you will work with children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in working with children and supporting learners with additional needs.
A child or child and adult enhanced DBS on the update service is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
