This CAMHS Clinician position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team providing specialist services to children and young people in Harrogate. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting young people's mental health and well-being.
You will work collaboratively with other professionals to assess, treat, and intervene with children and young people presenting with complex mental health issues. Your expertise will be valued in our multi-disciplinary team, where you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives and develop new skills through Continuing Professional Development.
In order to excel in this role, you will require a strong foundation in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively within a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and carers will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide specialist assessments, treatment, and interventions for children and young people with mental health needs.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- To contribute to quality improvement initiatives and develop new skills through Continuing Professional Development.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and carers to ensure seamless service delivery.
The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
