CAMHS Clinician Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a CAMHS Clinician to join our dynamic team at Tewv Brits. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessments, treatment, and interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Job Description: The successful candidate will work closely with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement effective care plans. They will also provide clinical supervision, teaching, and training in clinical practice, as well as contribute to quality improvement activities within the team.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and coordination of team activities, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting children and young people's mental health.
Requirements: A post-graduate qualification in a relevant field, experience working with children and young people with mental health needs, and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices are essential requirements. The successful candidate will also be required to have a valid professional registration and adhere to the Trust's policies and procedures.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
