Strategic HR Lead

Job Title: Director of People
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of People to provide strategic leadership across our organisation and motivate and develop an emergent HR team.
We help children who are seriously unwell make the most of every day. At Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, we enable those we support to enjoy life as children, rather than as patients, as families, not just as carers.
Our expert staff and trained volunteers provide clinical, emotional, and practical support for families across north and central London and Herts Valley.
We carefully adapt our support for every child and offer it wherever it is required – whether in their home, their community, or at our state-of-the-art children's hospice building, The Ark, in Barnet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership to make a significant difference in the lives of babies, children, young people, and families
- Drive our ambitious and exciting strategy forward
Requirements: We are looking for someone who is driven to make a difference for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and intrinsically aligned to our values.
We are a supportive and inclusive employer and service provider. Our new three-year strategy, 'Making the Most of Every Day', puts children and families at the centre of everything we do.
