Food and Beverage Operations Manager

21c Museum Hotels is seeking a charismatic and confident Food and Beverage Director to lead our culinary and hospitality team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, developing management, and instilling our 21c culture throughout the restaurant and events team.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure total guest satisfaction and deliver the finest quality of food and beverage.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating programs, systems, and promotions to drive sales and exposure.
- Oversee the development of the cocktail and wine program in conjunction with the Beverage Director.
- Partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue and exposure to the property, restaurant, and events.
- Field all guest requests, menus, and special requests, and assist with driving revenue and maintaining service.
- Supervise special promotions and events held in the restaurant, and ensure the highest level of service expected by the guest.
- Minimum five to eight years of experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
- Some hotel property experience preferred.
- Minimum two years of management/supervisory experience.
- Must be able to show enthusiasm for the team, restaurant, events, the Brand, and the culture.
- Attend daily property stand-up meetings, weekly BEO meetings, and other scheduled meetings as required.
