Person Specification

  • Registered health care professional (NMC registration) with a health-related degree and evidence of relevant post-graduate development at Level 6.
  • Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, such as specialist practitioner district nursing, non-medical prescribing, mentorship, coaching, or clinical expertise.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance relevant to care settings and its application across healthcare services.
  • Ability to prioritize care delivery in a professional manner, considering Trust policies and procedures.
