Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our Community Nursing team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care in the community.
Main Responsibilities
The Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of nurses in providing patient care in the community
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to team members
- Managing caseloads and prioritizing patient care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:
- Registration with the NMC as a nurse
- Experience in community nursing and leadership
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of community health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others
