About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at W Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage group bookings and catering services to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market information to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure seamless execution of sales efforts
  • Execute operational aspects of business booked

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hotel sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
