We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team at A1 Personnel Employment Agency Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and finding tailored solutions.
About the Role:
- As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be working closely with customers across various industries to understand their technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
