About the Role

We're looking for a skilled SEN Teacher to work with us in East London. As part of Options Autism, we're committed to improving student outcomes and making a positive impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to meet individual pupil needs. This includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, working closely with SLT, and collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Work closely with SLT to create a positive and safe learning environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
