Literacy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled English Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Literacy Specialist, you will work one-to-one with children in the Mansfield area, providing face-to-face support to those with Special Education Needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and nurturing sessions to pupils with ASD, SEMH, or PMLD.
- Plan resources tailored to individual needs, focusing on developing English knowledge.
- Manage behavior and implement effective strategies to ensure pupil engagement.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to parents/carers.
- Experience working with children with Special Education Needs.
- Ability to plan and deliver interactive sessions.
- Skills in managing challenging behavior.
- Knowledge of child development and learning outcomes.
- Competitive hourly rate - £25-£30.
- Flexible working hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00.
