Business Operations Coordinator

As a key member of the MHA team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Edinburgh office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing reception cover and answering office phones as required
  • Assisting with client onboarding, including drafting engagement letters and professional clearance letters
  • Scanning hard copy office files and managing inbound office mail and client information
  • Organising and maintaining clients' hardcopy records inflow and outflow
  • Collaborating with the firm committee representatives to plan and deliver office-wide events
  • Supporting the Edinburgh audit team with 3rd party bank and lawyer letter processes
  • Completing Anti-Money Laundering forms and assisting with new staff inductions
