About the Role:

The successful candidate will work as part of a busy inbound call centre team, providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone. Full training will be provided, enabling you to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive productivity and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Work with multiple IT applications to manage customer interactions and update relevant systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers in a dynamic and pressurised environment.

Requirements:

  • Develop a friendly and approachable communication style to build trust with customers.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and teamwork skills to achieve targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Show ability to work well under pressure, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
