Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ANPR and CCTV Installation Specialist to lead our team of engineers in delivering cutting-edge ANPR and CCTV installations for car parking sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless, high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead New ANPR and CCTV Site Installations
  • Take charge of installing advanced ANPR and CCTV systems, including Pay & Display machines, tablets, and site-specific equipment.
  • Ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of installation.
Onsite Client Liaison
  • Serve as the main point of contact on site for client interactions and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager and Operations Project Manager to ensure smooth operations and address client concerns.
Pre-Installation Coordination
  • Work with the Operations Project Manager to review and confirm all technical and logistical requirements for each installation.
  • Verify the availability of all necessary materials and equipment.
Signage Installation
  • Oversee and execute the installation of signage, ensuring precise placement as per client specifications and site needs.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues with ANPR/CCTV systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide real-time solutions to keep projects on schedule and systems fully operational.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage, guide, and mentor a team of remote-based ANPR and CCTV engineers.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure efficient project execution.
Client-Focused Service
  • Deliver outstanding, personable service that exceeds client expectations, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Quality Assurance
  • Maintain a meticulous approach to all installations, ensuring top-quality workmanship and compliance with client specifications.
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during on-site operations.
Detailed Reporting & Documentation
  • Accurately log detailed reports into our scheduling system, maintaining clear communication and transparency with the team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting ANPR/CCTV systems, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Experience working outdoors and on various client sites, often under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Hands-on technical skills, including wiring, mounting, and configuring ANPR/CCTV systems.
  • Familiarity with Pay and Display machines, tablets, and signage installation.
  • Full manual drivers license
  • Working at Height
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance procedures in site services.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Location

We are ideally looking for someone based in North London, with excellent access to major road links, ensuring you can easily travel to various sites as required.
