About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Leader Recruitment Group.

As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to advocate for the positive development of young individuals, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Support the Service Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day management and high-quality care.
  • Lead a team in providing therapeutic care, addressing the unique needs of each child.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, including event logs, progress reports, and care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment.
  • Qualification: Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
  • Driving License: Must hold a full UK driving license.
  • Flexibility: Ability to cover long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
