About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Octane Recruitment, based in Kilmarnock. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- MOT qualification is a bonus.
- A person who takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
What We Offer
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £29,640 to £39,520, with uncapped earning potential, as well as a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and comprehensive training programs.
