The Human Resources department at Société Générale is responsible for various key initiatives, including developing Global Banking and Investment Solutions as a responsible employer.
- Developing Global Banking and Investment Solutions attractiveness as a responsible employer, focusing on career opportunities, people development, compensation, diversity, and working environment.
- Addressing the larger challenges of Global Banking and Investment Solutions, particularly in terms of managerial culture, performance management, and people engagement.
- Supporting Global Banking and Investment Solutions strategy and transformation by accompanying the teams and working on their employability.
The HR PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting with the definition and maintenance of project management standards and processes within the HR department.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously across various sizes and complexity within the Human Resources department.
- Analyse existing Human Resources processes, identify gaps, and lead resolution projects.
- Support strategic lead projects such as M&A activities.
- Delivery of projects, either directly or via the extended Human Resources team, including the identification and coordination of key stakeholders, workstreams, and contributors to the project.
- Manage all project aspects, including planning and analysis, budget, scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.
- Work closely with project sponsors to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and associated communication documents.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Measure, monitor, and report on project/transition activities, milestones, dependencies, status, KPIs, and issues/risks.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Independently gather, develop, and interpret data, making recommendations as appropriate actions for project sponsors.
- Facilitate the monitoring and reporting of projects on the UK HUMN Project Portfolio to the UK HUMN Executive committee and key stakeholders.
- Act as a reference point for managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches.
