Job Summary:

As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering strategic projects that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role:
This is a highly visible role that requires excellent project coordination skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality results. Your expertise in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and IT security standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns from stakeholders.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
