Health and Social Care Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
About the RoleKM Recruitment, a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors, has an exciting opportunity for a Health and Social Care Assessor. The role involves assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
We are looking for someone with solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Deputy Care Manager level, or above, who can demonstrate internal training and development experience hands-on within a care setting at management level.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of ICT skills, be confident to deliver Functional Skills, and possess a full, clean driving license. The successful candidate will also be flexible with travel.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and support to learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Assess and support learners to achieve their goals.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet their needs.
Salary: £27,000 starting salary, with progression up to £30,000 + BONUS, depending on performance and experience.
