Job Title: SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position working as a Learning Assistant in a supportive environment. You will work with students who require additional support due to their disabilities and help them access the curriculum. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, developing relationships with students and helping them build their confidence and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work with students who require additional support due to their disabilities and help them access the curriculum.
  • To create a positive learning environment and develop relationships with students.
  • To support students in their academic and personal development.

Requirements:
  • A passion for supporting young people with special needs.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities is preferred but not essential.
