About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team at Walsh Employment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and leading the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams, to drive decision-making processes and translate technical documentation into actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain technical and data architecture documentation, ensuring that solutions meet strategic objectives and adhere to architecture strategies and policies.
  • Manage technical risks across projects, products, and services, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM subject.
  • Expertise in software development, with a strong background in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, React) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Terraform, Docker containers).
  • Experience working in a matrix-managed technology environment, with a mix of in-house developers, data engineers, scrum masters, and UX/UI designers.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI practices and tools, with the ability to document technical and data architecture.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage technical risks and drive decision-making processes.
