Position Overview

Location: West London (hybrid) – 2-3 days per week in office.

Compensation: Up to £93,000 + bonus + comprehensive benefits package

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our esteemed client, a leading player in the FTSE100, during a pivotal phase of transformation. The organization is embarking on a large-scale technology overhaul, seeking professionals who have navigated similar transformative journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across diverse domains, driving innovative solutions that align with organizational and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and oversee processes and governance frameworks for enterprise architecture.
  • Deliver enterprise architecture expertise to both business and technical teams.
  • Ensure that technology solutions adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with fellow architects to ensure solutions are in harmony with the strategic vision.
  • Align enterprise architecture initiatives with established standards and roadmaps, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities for IT enhancements.
  • Advocate for and support the implementation of agreed-upon architectural methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct technical assessments and generate metrics to foster continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic supplier partnerships that involve architectural decision-making.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in steering complex enterprise architecture initiatives (business, data, technology, applications) across various business sectors and technology domains.
  • Familiarity with established architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate and resolve intricate enterprise architectural challenges while managing both IT and business transformations.
  • Strong grasp of contemporary architectural and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of various architecture and application deployment models (microservices, event-driven, SOA, etc.).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capacity to lead and influence in diverse scenarios.
