Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect

This prestigious position is ideal for a seasoned Solution or Enterprise Architect who can conceptualize, construct, and architect comprehensive enterprise solutions. You will guide the organization through various transformational delivery initiatives, embracing a digital-first mindset that fosters the expansion of systems and technology services.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Senior Managers and pivotal stakeholders across the organization to enhance communication and teamwork among diverse groups. Your role will involve engaging with the Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams, facilitating decision-making processes that result in detailed technical documentation.

As a leader, you will oversee a team of Solution Architects dedicated to delivering solutions to primary stakeholders, including Operations, Analytics, and Delivery, while also managing relationships with outsourcing partners in a matrix-managed technology environment.

Your responsibilities will include shaping the technology architecture for corporate functions and contributing to the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an enterprise architect
  • Proficiency in enterprise solutions tailored for corporate functions
  • Background as a Software Engineer with a history of developing software solutions
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, React) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Terraform, Docker containers)
  • Significant experience in leading teams of solution architects
