Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

This prestigious position calls for a seasoned Solution or Enterprise Architect who can design, construct, and architect enterprise solutions, guiding the organization through various transformational delivery initiatives towards a digital-first approach and ultimately enhancing systems and technology services. You will collaborate closely with Senior Managers and key stakeholders across the organization to foster teamwork and communication among diverse teams.

Your role will involve working alongside the Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams, facilitating decision-making processes that culminate in comprehensive technical documentation.

You will oversee a team of Solution Architects responsible for delivering solutions to primary stakeholders such as Operations, Analytics, and Delivery, while also engaging with outsourcing partners in a Matrix-managed technology landscape.

Your responsibilities will include shaping the technology architecture for corporate functions and contributing to the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an enterprise architect
  • Proficiency in enterprise solutions for corporate functions
  • Background as a Software Engineer with experience in developing software solutions
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, React) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Terraform, Docker containers)
  • Significant experience in leading teams of solution architects
  • A process-oriented mindset with substantial experience in Cloud technologies
