We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and challenge our current architecture across the function, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring that our systems and processes are fit for the future.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and enhancements, ensuring that they meet our business needs and are aligned with our technology strategy.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our development teams, ensuring that they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a solution architect or enterprise architect within a commodity trading organization, investment bank, or similar environment.
  • Good exposure to front, middle, and back-office functions and their business processes.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting, modern cloud and messaging patterns, and practices.
  • Experience with message bus stacks, such as RabbitMQ, Service Bus, and Kafka.
  • Experience with general cloud architecture on Azure and AWS, and the tech stack at an architectural level.
  • Understanding of ETRM systems, especially Endur.
  • General working knowledge of API connectivity stacks.
  • Demonstrable experience of contributing to complex projects/initiatives.
  • Experience in working autonomously as well as in medium to large teams.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and negotiate in a pressurized environment.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Be motivated, tenacious, and proactive in achieving results.
