Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of our mental health support team, providing supervision and guidance to our Educational Mental Health Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Educational Mental Health Practitioners
  • Manage a clinical caseload
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration
  • Significant experience working with children and young people in a mental health setting
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Graduate diploma in Children and Young People's Mental Health Supervision or willingness to undertake the one-year Post Graduate Diploma
