Job Summary:

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our mental health support team, providing supervision to our Educational Mental Health Practitioners, and managing your own clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the team at an operational level
  • Provide supervision to Educational Mental Health Practitioners
  • Manage your own clinical caseload
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Significant CYP experience (either in a CAMHS or educational setting)
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Graduate diploma in Children and Young People's Mental Health Supervision (or willingness to undertake the one-year Post Graduate Diploma)
