Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Shire Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of our mental health support team, providing supervision to staff, and managing their own clinical caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the mental health support team
- Provide supervision to staff, including Educational Mental Health Practitioners
- Manage their own clinical caseload
- Work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and outcomes
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Significant CYP experience (either in a CAMHS or educational setting)
- Experience supervising staff
- Graduate diploma in the Children and Young People's Mental Health Supervision (or willingness to undertake the one-year Post Graduate Diploma)
