Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (CBT Therapist)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Shire Healthcare. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of our mental health support team, providing supervision to our Educational Mental Health Practitioners, and managing your own clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the team at an operational level
  • Provide supervision to Educational Mental Health Practitioners
  • Manage your own clinical caseload
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • BABCP accreditation
  • Significant CYP experience (either in a CAMHS or educational setting)
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Graduate diploma in Children and Young People's Mental Health Supervision (or willingness to undertake the one-year Post Graduate Diploma)
