Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at HR Heads. As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the People and Talent strategy across 70+ locations.

Talent Management
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Employee Relations
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and employee relations cases, ensuring the business remains safe and legal.
People Initiatives
  • Design and deliver national People projects, collaborating with the People and L&D teams to bring initiatives to life and embed change.
Operational Partnership
  • Serve as a key connection between Operations and the wider business, supporting leadership decision-making and challenging where necessary to ensure people-first solutions.
Data-Driven Insights
  • Analyse People-related trends and metrics to drive proactive action and influence stakeholders.
Engagement and Listening
  • Contribute to listening and engagement plans, working with Operations to deliver on Employee Engagement Survey results, upskilling managers to enhance team engagement.
Employee Development
  • Support talent appointments, attend key appointments, and help operational teams identify and grow emerging talent.
ER Case Management
  • Handle high-risk ER cases, balancing operational needs with business culture, commerciality, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a multi-site HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR IT systems, Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and present data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel across multiple locations as needed.

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance and 20% bonus, reflecting the importance of attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
