Our client specialises in delivering high-quality crane parts, repairs, aftermarket upgrades, and maintenance contracts to customers in ports and terminals.

They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence and fostering partnerships across the UK and Ireland.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote crane parts, repairs, aftermarket upgrades, and maintenance contracts to port and terminal customers.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate new markets, products, and partnerships.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with port operators, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term satisfaction.
  • Tendering Expertise: Lead tender processes, ensuring compliance and competitiveness, while securing high-value contracts.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland as required, alongside working in a hybrid or office-based environment.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the ports, terminals, or crane-related industries.
  • Strong background in tendering, contract negotiation, and relationship management with high-value clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively, adapt to varied working environments, and meet the demands of the role.
