About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse to join our team as a Cardiovascular Heart Failure Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in cardiovascular health and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chronic heart failure management and be able to provide expert guidance and support to patients and their families. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, and the successful candidate will be based at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. The salary for this role is £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Cardiovascular Heart Failure Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients with heart failure, developing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will also be involved in clinical audit and service evaluation, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new services and initiatives.

Key qualifications for this role include a Registered Nurse qualification and evidence of continuing professional development. A relevant post-basic qualification or a Master's degree in a related field would be advantageous.
