Marketing and Business Development Associate

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing and Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at the Matrix Studio Complex in Parsons Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively marketing our office units and recording studios to potential tenants and office brokers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate tenancy terms and finalise agreements between tenants and landlords.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
